Red Wings game

On Saturday June 20th, we had tickets to go to the Red Wings game. It was supposed to be Little League night, but unfortunately was rained out! We waited in line for almost an hour to get into the gate, because Derek Roy from the Buffalo Sabres was there signing autographs. Everyone took something for him to sign. We ate and waited another hour before they finally cancelled the game. The boys were all very good and patient as we waited. So, we will get to a game at some point to make up for the one that was rained out. At least we got to see Derek Roy and get his signature though! This was the picture I took when we got back to the van to show us a little wet....

This flag had all the handprints of the A.M. and P.M. Pre- Kindergardeners. After graduation, they are sending it overseas to soldiers. I thought that was so awesome!!

On Sunday June 14th, we had a cookout at Chris' parents house. My brother in law Kevin was up from North Carolina (to our surprise!) We were also fortunate to have Chris' friend Jeremy and his wife Alicia come over with their daughters. And of course Aunt Anita and Grandma too! It was a perfect day as the weather was awesome and everyone had a great time. Aunt Anita brought some homemade wine that she made and Grandma helped bottle. I think I may have had too much though!

Good times in Medina!!

Ok, so these boys may look innocent, but are sooo not!! For those that don't know, these are Chris' brothers. Well, 2 out of 3 are blood related...In the picture of all 4 men, it is Kevin, Chris, Jeremy and Cory. Jeremy and Chris were best friends in High School and College. They can tell you some stories. They liked to keep things exciting...just ask Chris' Mom.....
