Catching up!!!

OK everyone....so sorry for the delay in updates to the blog! Summer was very crazy this year, but also very fun!! I have added many pictures so be sure to look at the end of the pictures on this page and click on older posts! I will get more on soon! :)

Bills Training Camp

The boys really enjoyed training camp this year. At least Ryan did. They were very tired from a long day at Darien Lake the day before, so they were moving a little slow. We went for the Junior Backers Day. The kids get to go out on the field after practice and get autographs. They LOVED that! They each had a football to get signed, and they got Trent's signature so they were happy....Weather was wonderful and a great time was had by all.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hockey game!

On Sunday August 1st, we had lots of fun going to a Stars and Legends hockey game for charity. It was held for Craig Charron, who played for the Amerks and is now fighting cancer. We got to see Lindy Ruff play, which thrilled the boys to pieces. After all, they just thought he was a coach and didn't think he could play! LOL. Ryan was also tickled to see Jason Cipolla play. He is the assistant coach for the Amerks but also runs the camp Ryan goes to. And we also got to see Chris' friend Derek. He is the referee in in the picture down below. He refs for the Amerks pretty regularly. The boys got some autographs on their shirt after the game too so they were pretty happy. They were so good we all went to Red Robin after the game. Soccer!!

Derrick tried soccer this summer and we found him to be quite natural at it! He was ALWAYS trying to keep the ball in bounds and he actually scored many goals over the few weeks as well! He really enjoyed it. People couldn't believe that this was the first time he played. He had a lot of drive in soccer! Not sure how Dad will feel if he decides down the road this is the sport for him...:)

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Fair and Hockey Camp!!

In July, Ryan went to hockey camp at ESL as he does each year. Derrick and I took a day and went to the Hemlock Fair with some friends. We had a PERFECT day! The weather was wonderful, and the company was great! We had a lot of run. On the last day of Ryan's camp, they have a scrimmage with the other team at camp. Here are a few pictures from our week!
